Fire & Rescue
澳门黄金城赌城 Emergency Services Training Center provide training that is tailored to each fire or rescue department's needs in order to help them perform their duties more efficiently and safely. NC IFSAC accredited classes with NC OSFM are held throughout the year at the Emergency Services Training Center and various fire departments throughout Harnett, Chatham and Lee counties. All courses are offered through the college's Continuing Education Department where students earn Continuing Education Units (CEU) credit for each class they complete. NC fire and rescue department members are exempt from course registration fees. Books and supplies are not included.

- Fire Life Safety Educator I, II, III
- Rescue Technician

Firefighter Academy (FFTA)

Full time day program
The Emergency Services Training Center offers a full-time firefighter academy for individuals who wish to attain the skills necessary for employment as a firefighter. The academy is a rigorous and challenging course of study consisting of 1,000 plus hours. Students should be in proper physical shape and able to complete the following prior to the start of class: run 1 mile in under 12 minutes, complete 25 pushups within 1 minute, complete 25 sit-ups within 1 minute, climb 4 flights of stairs carrying a pack weighing approximately 40 pounds, and drag a 165 pound mannequin 75 feet.
Academy graduates may receive the following credentials:
- Firefighter
- Emergency Medical Technician Basic - EMT
- HAZMAT Level One Responder- Hazardous material
- Technical Rescuer
- Vehicle Rescue (VR)
- Emergency Vehicle Driver (EVD)
- Incident command system (ICS)
Students may apply for EMT credentials after graduation.
